المرشح المثالي سيكون مسؤولاً عن إعداد وصيانة النماذج المالية للمشاريع الصناعية الجديدة ، وتقييم الفرص الجديدة والاحتفاظ بالدفاتر للشركات التابعة.



المسؤوليات:

بناء النماذج المالية باستخدام البيانات التاريخية وتقديم التنبؤات بناءً على مقاييس التشغيل المختلفة المتعلقة بالصناعة.
إجراء تحليل السيناريو بناءً على العوامل الكلية والجزئية التي ستساعد في الوصول إلى المخاطر.
ضمان النمذجة الدقيقة للمحافظ المخصصة وتطوير نماذج معاملات جديدة وتعزيز النماذج الحالية.
عملية التوصية وتنفيذ التحسينات على الميزانية وإعداد التوقعات للشركة.
تحديد المخاطر المالية وغير المالية الرئيسية ، والتوصية بإجراءات التخفيف من تلك المخاطر.
تطبيق الحساسية المناسبة وتحليل السيناريو لدعم إجراءات الاستثمار.
تحديث النماذج المالية خلال مواسم الأرباح ومتابعة إجراءات الشركات.
تحليل وتحديد متطلبات البيانات المتعلقة بقواعد الاشتقاق وتتبع النموذج.
تقييم الشركات لعمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ.
تحليل هيكل رأس المال لإيجاد التمويل المناسب.
تحليل الشركة المقارن لعمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ.


المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو المالية
5-8 سنوات في التحليل المالي وخبرة النمذجة
معرفة متقدمة ببرنامج Excel



The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and maintainance of financial models for new industrial projects, evaluate new opportunities and keep the books for subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Building financial models using historical data and pr***ding forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.
• Conducting Scenario Analysis based on macro and micro factors that will help in accessing risk.
• Ensuring accurate modeling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models.
• Recommending and Implementing process for improvements to budget and prepare forecast for company.
• Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.
• Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions.
• Updating financial models during earnings seasons and following corporate actions.
• Analyzing and identifying data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking.
• Valuating of Companies for M&A.
• Capital Structure Analysis for finding the right financing.
• Comparable Company Analysis for M&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 5-8 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
