تقديم خدمات المساعدة القانونية ، والسكرتارية ، والتوثيق ، ودعم المعاملات للإدارة القانونية.

- مساعدة الفريق القانوني في جميع جوانب متطلبات هيئة الأوراق المالية والسلع وسوق دبي المالي على الشركة والمسؤولية عن الحفاظ على جميع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة التي تتطلبها هيئة الأوراق المالية والسلع وسوق دبي المالي.

- المساعدة في الإيداعات التنظيمية والمعاملات مع هيئات البورصة والهيئات التنظيمية الأخرى في أبو ظبي ودبي.

المساعدة في صياغة المحاضر ، وإشعار الاجتماعات ، وجداول أعمال الاجتماعات لجميع أعضاء مجموعة تبريد

مسؤول عن تجديد جميع الرخص التجارية والتسجيلات لجميع أعضاء مجموعة تبريد

المسمى الوظيفي:

- مستشار قانوني رئيسي ، مستشار قانوني ، مساعد قانوني

- المدراء العامون والعملاء والجهات الحكومية


أ. الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص / برنامج شهادة في الدراسات شبه القانونية.

- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في القانون.


الخبرة :

2-3 سنوات من الخبرة شبه القانونية المكتسبة في شركة محاماة رائدة و / أو متعددة الجنسيات.


ج. الكفاءات (المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات):

- الإبلاغ

- العقود

- معرفة وافية بالمبادئ والممارسات القانونية.

- معرفة وافية بتقنيات البحث القانوني.

- معرفة وافية بالمصطلحات القانونية.

- معرفة وافية بمبادئ الاتصال القانوني وممارساته.

- المعرفة المتعمقة للقوانين واللوائح.



Providing paralegal, secretarial, documentation and transactional support services to the Legal department. Assisting the legal team on all aspects of the SCA and DFM’s requirements on the company and the responsibility for maintaining all company policies and procedures required by SCA and the DFM.
 Assisting with regulatory filings and dealings with stock exchange authorities and other regulatory bodies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
 Assisting with drafting of minutes, notice of meetings, meeting agendas for all members of the Tabreed group

•  Responsible for renewal of all commercial licenses and registrations of all members of the Tabreed group

Internal:
 Chief Legal Counsel, Legal Counsel, Paralegal
External:
 General Managers, Customers, Government Entities


A. Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline/Certificate Program in Paralegal studies.
 Bachelor's Degree in Law would be preferred.


B. Minimum Experience:
 2 - 3 years of paralegal experience gained at a leading law firm and/or multinational.

 Thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices.
 Thorough knowledge of legal research techniques.
 Thorough knowledge of legal terminology.
 Thorough knowledge of legal communication principles and practices.
