المسؤوليات:

لإدارة مشاريع تجديد العقارات الراقية من المرحلة الأولية حتى التسليم.
تعيين ومراقبة وتنسيق الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وتسليمات المشروع
قم بتحديث أصحاب المصلحة أو أعضاء الفريق المعنيين بشأن تقدم المشروع
المراسلات مع العميل / المقاولين من الباطن.
التنسيق مع السلطات المحلية المختلفة للحصول على موافقات الرسم.
تدريب ودعم أعضاء فريق المشروع بالمهام التي تحددها لهم
التنسيق مع فريق التصميم والتقدير.
ضمان التوثيق الصحيح والدقيق للمواد وعمليات التفتيش ووثائق الإغلاق.
تحليل عنق زجاجة المشروع واتخاذ إجراءات فورية.
إعداد ومراجعة بيانات الطريقة وعمل خطط مراقبة الجودة المحددة.
التأكد من أن المواد المستلمة تتوافق مع الكمية والنوعية.
مراقبة وتحكم في إطلاق المواد من الموردين.
المراقبة والتأكد من الالتزام الصارم بجدول الإنتاج.
التأكد من استيفاء معايير الجودة والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات عن المعايير وتوجيه الإجراءات التصحيحية لوحدات الإنتاج المختلفة.


المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة
خبرة في مشاريع التجديد والتجهيز
مهارات إدارة وتخطيط المشروع ممتازة
مهارات شفهية وكتابية وتنظيمية قوية
يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية
رخصة قيادة إماراتية
يجب أن تكون على دراية بإرشادات الصحة والسلامة المتعلقة بإدارة مشروع التجهيزات الداخلية

Responsibilities

• To manage high end property renovation projects from initial stage to the handover.
• Set, monitor and coordinate project timelines and project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Correspondence with client / subcontractors.
• Coordinate with different local authorities to obtain drawing approvals.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Coordination with design and estimation team.
• Assuring correct and Precise documentation of materials, inspections and closure documentation.
• Analyse project bottleneck and taking immediate action.
• Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans.
• Ensuring materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality.
• Monitor and control materials release from suppliers.
• Monitor and insure a strict adherence to the production schedule.
• Assure quality standards are met and report any deviations from the standards and direct the corrective actions for different production units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering
• Experience in renovation and fit-out projects
• Excellent project planning and management skills
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• UAE Driving license
• Should be aware of health and safety guidelines related to interior fit out project management
