نحن نبحث عن مستشار توظيف مختص لمساعدة عملائنا في العثور على أفضل الأشخاص لتوظيف أعمالهم. ستجذب المرشحين وتفحصهم وتطابقهم مع المناصب المناسبة. يعد إنشاء استراتيجيات التوظيف وبناء العلاقات واجبات مهمة جدًا أيضًا. يمتلك مستشارو التوظيف مهارات مندوبي المبيعات والباحثين عن الكفاءات. لديهم القدرة على الحكم السليم والاتصال. إذا كانت لديك أيضًا أخلاق قوية وروح تعاونية ، فنحن نريد مقابلتك.



المسؤوليات:



ابحث عن العملاء وقم بتعزيز العلاقات طويلة الأمد

فهم متطلبات العميل

توظيف طرق التوظيف لجذب المرشحين (مثل الإعلان عن الوظائف)

تقييم السير الذاتية والتطبيقات

ابحث عن المرشحين باستخدام قواعد البيانات ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وما إلى ذلك.

تحمل مسؤولية الفحص قبل المقابلة

قم بمطابقة المرشحين الأكثر ملاءمة مع المناصب المختلفة

إنشاء علاقات مع الباحثين عن عمل وتقديم المشورة

تسهيل وإنجاز الاتفاقات بين المرشح وصاحب العمل

خبرة مثبتة كمستشار توظيف أو مستشار موارد بشرية أو منصب مشابه

فهم أساليب الاستعانة بالمصادر والتوظيف

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well. Recruitment consultants have the skills of salespeople and hea*****ers. They possess sound judgement and communication aptitude. If you also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Find clients and foster long-term relationships
Understand client requirements
Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
Evaluate resumes and applications
Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
Create relationships with job ****ers and provide advice
Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer


Requirements

Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
Sales/Customer service skills
Outstanding communication ability
Confident and pleasant personality
Well-organized
Ability to work with targets
Sound judgement
Degree Qualified
Regional Travel a must
