المرشح المثالي سيكون مفكرًا مبدعًا وتحليليًا. سيكونون قادرين على إجراء أبحاث سوق ثاقبة لإنشاء استراتيجية تسويق تصل بشكل فعال إلى الجمهور المستهدف. يجب أن يكونوا مرتاحين لتقييم عملية التسويق ، وأن يعملوا على نقد وتحسين نتائجها.


مدة العقد: ثلاثة أشهر عند الطلب ثم ثلاث سنوات عقد عمل بدوام كامل بعد الموافقة

الموقع: برشا هايتس تيكوم دبي - الإمارات العربية المتحدة

نوع الوظيفة: دوام جزئي (6 ساعات في اليوم - 5 أيام في الأسبوع - الجمعة والسبت عطلة)

التأشيرة: لن نقدم تأشيرة ؛ يجب أن يكون لدى الموظف تأشيرة إقامة سارية المفعول وشهادة عدم ممانعة للقيام بوظيفة بدوام جزئي

الراتب: نحن نقدم راتبًا ثابتًا يعتمد على الخبرة والمؤهلات.



المسؤوليات:

تحديد الجماهير المستهدفة والأهداف والنتائج المرجوة من الحملة التسويقية
البحث وتطوير استراتيجية التسويق وتقييم استراتيجية النجاح
تطوير محتوى الحملات التسويقية
ابق على اطلاع على اتجاهات التسويق الحالية
إدارة وتخصيص الميزانية بشكل صحيح
تخطيط وتنفيذ خطة تسويق سنوية ؛ تحديث فريق الإدارة بانتظام حول التقدم.
شغل كامل دور "Brand Guardian" للعلامة التجارية للشركة.
مسؤول عن الخدمات اللوجستية وتسليم جميع المواد التسويقية.
الاتصال بفريق الإدارة لتنفيذ مبادرات التسويق بنجاح.
تنظيم وتنسيق جميع الأنشطة الترويجية.
إدارة ودقة أداة CRM والتطوير المستمر لهذا كأداة أساسية للمبيعات المستمرة وتوسيع الأعمال.
الحفاظ على الوعي "الرائد" بشأن تطورات السوق ، والعروض الترويجية ، والمواد ، والتكنولوجيا ، إلخ.
إدارة حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
إدارة وتحديث موقع الشركة.



المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة
2-3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة
مهارات قوية في التحليل والاتصال وإدارة الوقت والإبداع
قدرة قوية على التركيز على العملاء / السوق وأخذ زمام المبادرة. تجربة مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي



The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.


Contract Period: Three month on proposition then three years contract full time job after approval
Reporting to: General Manager
Location: Barsha Heights Tecom Dubai – UAE
Job Type: Part Time (6 hours A day – 5 days a week – Friday & Saturday off)
Visa: We will not provide a visa; employ should have a valid Resident Visa & NOC to do part time job
Salary: we offer fixed salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
• Manage and allocate budget correctly
• Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress.
• Full fill the role of “Brand Guardian” for the company brand.
• Responsible for logistics and delivery of all marketing material.
• Liaising with the management team to successfully implement marketing initiatives.
• Organization and coordination of all promotional activities.
• Management and accuracy of CRM tool and ongoing development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales and business expansion.
• Maintain “leading edge” awareness on market developments, promotions, materials, and technology etc.
• Managing Social media accounts.
• Managing and updating of company web site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
