اعلنت شركة Barakat Group of Companies عن وظيفة مدير فرع Branch Manager وذلك للعمل في ابوظبي

سيكون المرشح في هذا المنصب مسؤولاً عن تخطيط وتطوير وإدارة وتحسين أداء أعمال أبو ظبي بأكملها.



المسؤوليات:

· مسؤول عن المبيعات والتشغيل لمنطقة أبو ظبي والعين ومسؤول عن P & L.

· الإشراف على جميع الإدارات وعملها داخل الوحدة

· تقييم الأداء والإنتاجية وتحسين الأداء المالي

· الحفاظ على الميزانيات وتحسين النفقات

· تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات النمو

· ماجيستير



الكفاءات / المهارات المطلوبة

· تركيز قوي على العملاء

· المعنى التجاري

· القدرة على إدارة الفرق

· فهم العمليات

· العلاقة مع كبير عملاء Horeca وعملاء التجزئة



معيار الاختيار

· أثبتت خبرته كمدير للمبيعات والتجارة في شركة سلع استهلاكية / أغذية صغيرة ومتوسطة مع خبرة قوية في منطقة أبو ظبي.

· خبرة 8 سنوات على الأقل في فئة المنتجات الطازجة أمر مرغوب فيه في منطقة أبو ظبي.

· معرفة العمليات والوظائف التجارية (المالية ، الموارد البشرية ، المشتريات ، العمليات ، إلخ) في فرع / موقع بعيد.

· خبرة في التخطيط والميزنة.

· مهارات جيدة في العلاقات الشخصية والتواصل.

The candidate in this position will be responsible to plan, develop, manage, and improve the performance of the entire Abu Dhabi business.



Responsibilities

· Responsible for the Sales & Operation for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region and accountable for the P & L.

· Oversee all departments and their functioning within the unit

· Evaluating performance and productivity and improving financial performance

· Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

· Developing and implementing growth strategies



Qualifications

· Master’s degree

· Commercial Sense

· Ability to manage teams

· Understanding of Operations

· Relationship with big Horeca and Retail Customers



Selection Criteria

· Proven experience as a Sales and Commercial manager in an FMCG/Food-SME with strong experience in the Abu Dhabi region.

· Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Fresh Produce Category is desirable in the Abu Dhabi region.

· Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.) at a branch / remote location.

· Experience in planning and budgeting.

· Good interpersonal and Communications skills.
