المسؤوليات التفصيلية: لمساعدة الفريق الاستشاري للاستثمار في إدارة خدمة العملاء اليومية ، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

إدارة عملية إعداد العميل بطريقة فعالة بما في ذلك:
استكمال وتقديم حزمة العميل
ترتيب الردود على استفسارات الإعداد
إعداد العميل اليدوي كما هو مطلوب
إدارة فعالة لدورة تعليمات العميل
إدارة استعلام العميل الداخلي والخارجي (ترتيب الردود والتواصل عند الضرورة)

مساعدة المستشارين في استكمال العناية الواجبة الدورية ومراجعات / ردود المراقبة المستمرة
مساعدة مستشاري العملاء في ضمان الالتزام بعملية الاستشارات الاستثمارية بما في ذلك تصنيف العميل ومدى ملاءمته
ضمان الامتثال لجميع السياسات والإجراءات والأنظمة والضوابط المعمول بها



You would be assigned to the Investment Advisory Team in order to ensure highest standards of service for the firms customers. Role also involves communication internal service pr***ders. In addition to responsibilities detailed in this Job Description above, additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.


Detailed Responsibilities: To assist the Investment Advisory Team in managing day to day client servicing, including but not limited to:

• Managing client onboarding process in an efficient manner including:
• Completion & submission of client pack
• Arranging responses for onboarding queries
• Handholding client setup as required
• Efficient management of client instruction cycle
• Internal & external client query management (arranging responses & communicating where necessary)
• Liason with respective service pr***ders for day to day operations of the business.
• Routine internal/external communication
• Assisting advisors in completion of periodic due diligence & ongoing monitoring reviews/responses
• Assisting client advisors in ensuring adherence to Investment Advisory Process including client classification & suitability
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, systems & controls
