As Human Resources Assistant you will be responsible for delivering five-star service to all colleagues, meeting them and greeting them with a smile, assisting them with all their needs. You will encounter a vast variety of people and cultures, working with colleagues from more than 80 countries. You will also work closely with our HR Services Team and assist with a large number of personnel-related administrative duties providing administrative support to the department and our colleagues regarding Human Resources activities, policies, processes and procedures. In this role you will also have the opportunity to cross-train in the areas of Human Resources to increase both your knowledge and level of expertise as Human Resources professional.


The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working within an International Hotel. The successful candidate must have a sound knowledge of administrative processes, have excellent organisational skills, together with demonstrable Microsoft Office knowledge and exceptional communication skills. To be considered for this exciting opportunity previous experience using SAP is desired in order to support the HR function at Atlantis Dubai.
