إدارة احتياجات التوظيف في المستشفى الأمريكي التي تغطي حرم المستشفى الرئيسي وكذلك جميع العيادات التابعة لها لضمان كفاءة التوظيف وفعاليته. صياغة استراتيجية توظيف تتماشى مع استراتيجية الموارد البشرية وقيادة فريق التوظيف.

واجبات و مسؤوليات:

قيادة فريق التوظيف والتأكد من وجود عمليات تتسم بالكفاءة والفعالية.

مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الوقت المستغرق في التوظيف ، ورفض عروض العمل ، وصعوبة ملء المناصب ، وتسليم المعدلات ، ومعدلات الاحتفاظ ، والتوصية بمبادرات لمدير الموارد البشرية

قم بتجميع التقارير الشهرية وتقديمها إلى مدير الموارد البشرية موضحًا التقدم المحرز في أنشطة التوظيف والتوسعات الجديدة.

مسؤول عن دورة حياة التوظيف الكاملة - الاستعانة بمصادر داخلية.

ضمان تلبية متطلبات المواهب التنظيمية الحالية والمستقبلية وتجاوزها وقياسها.

Manage the recruitment needs of the American Hospital covering the main hospital campus as well as all the associated Satellite clinics ensuring recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Formulate a recruitment strategy that is in line with the Human Resources strategy and lead the recruitment team.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Lead the recruitment team and ensure efficient and effective processes are in place.
Monitor key performance indicators including but not limited to: time taken to recruit, turned down job offers, hard to fill positions, turn over rates, retention rates and recommend initiatives to the Human Resources Director
Compile monthly reports and submit to the Human Resources Director indicating the progress of recruitment activities and new expansions.
Responsible for Full recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing to On-Boarding.
Ensure the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met, exceeded, and measured.
Provide day to day supervision of the Recruitment Section.
Regularly liaise with department heads to identify specific recruitment and selection requirements, regularly.
Liaise with team and organize effective job posting/measures for recruitment requirements
Ensure Advertisements are taking place on different portals including but not limited to AHD website/Internal posting/LinkedIn/External Postings/ (News Paper/Magazines
Initiate Recruitment Drives and campaigns as needed and participate in employment events & career fairs
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool.
Identifies suitably qualified candidates, Conduct preliminary HR interviews and forward CV’s to respective department managers for review and compiles short lists of candidates
Coordinates and participates in interviewing and Selection of Staff
Ensure all required information and documentation is provided to selected candidates.
Responsible for ensuring that the successful candidate file is completed
Coordinate with the Human Resources Director and Department Managers on progress of mobilization activities
Ensures Primary Source Verification is carried out on all successful candidate’s qualifications and up to date references
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to managers with hiring and employment data.
Involved in evaluating applicant tracking systems and other recruiting portals to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Initiate & follow-up Requests to DHA - Addition of New service line/requests for New titles/Exemptions Coordinate Start to end DHA license process for Facility & Professional –
New application/ Renewals/ Transfers / Cancellation
Overseeing Tracking DHA master file and personnel files with DHA Licenses
Keeping up with DHA PQR titles and proposing & coordinating amendments in PDPA & MSR
Coordination for Scope of service with DHA and communication & documenting same with department managers
Handle Corporate Credit Card issued for DHA related tasks and provide all expense receipts
Regularly liaise with department directors/ Heads to identify specific recruitment and selection requirements, regularly.
Responsible for ensuring the issuance of new and renewal of all licenses on a monthly basis
Maintain all agency contract for adverts/ recruitment/ Monster Database and negotiate & renew contracts in time
Adhere to prevailing policies and processes
Actively participates in JCI audits
Monitor Recruitment related expenses


QUALIFICATIONS:



BS Degree in Human Resources
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Well versed in MS office applications



PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:



Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in a health care setting (recruiting Senior Management/ Outpatient Nursing, Inpatient Nursing or Allied Medical / Support Services) out of which 3 years of them are managing a team.
2 years experience in physician recruitment is required.
