نحن نبحث عن وكلاء العقارات / مفاوضي المبيعات والإيجارات للعمل ضمن فريق دولي صغير والانضمام إلى شركة عقارات راسخة كانت نشطة في دبي والمملكة المتحدة منذ أكثر من 30 عامًا. ستعمل على المبيعات المحلية والإيجارات والإدارة في دبي وستعمل أيضًا مع فريق المملكة المتحدة لدينا لجذب الاستثمار الدولي إلى العقارات في المملكة المتحدة ، ولا سيما لندن / جنوب شرق.

نحن نبحث بشكل مثالي عن المرشحين الذين لديهم خبرة سابقة في مجال العقارات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

مهارات تفاوض قوية والقدرة على إتمام الصفقات
رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية
سجل حافل في علاقات العملاء و / أو المبيعات.

شهادة RERA
معرفة سوق العقارات الإماراتي
خبرة في العقارات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة في المبيعات والتأجير وإدارة الممتلكات

We are searching for Real Estate Agents / Sales & Lettings Negotiators to work within a small international team and join a well-established property company that has been active in Dubai and the UK for 30+ years. You will be working on local sales, lettings and management in Dubai and also working with our UK team to attract international investment to UK properties, in particular London/South East.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have had previous experience within UAE real estate.


Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Ability to attract buyers and retain tenants
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• Valid UAE driving license
• A proven track record within customer relations and/or sales.

Preferred:

• RERA certification
• Knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market
• UAE Real Estate experience within Sales, Leasing and Property Management
