نحن نبحث عن لاعب فريق موجه نحو التفاصيل سيكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى للزوار في المكتب ، حيث يحييهم بطريقة مهذبة وحديثة. سيتم أيضًا تعيين واجباتك كما هو مطلوب (مثل تنظيم البريد الوارد والصادر والعمل الإداري والدعم الكتابي العام). يُتوقع منك أيضًا توصيل واستلام رسائل البريد أو العناصر الخاصة بالشركة.

المؤهلات:



يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية زائد.

القدرة على الحفاظ على موقف إيجابي.

مهارات اتصال ممتازة.

رخصة القيادة الإماراتية هي الأفضل.

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). You will also be expected to drop-off and pick up mails or items for the company.



Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls
Administrative work
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Mail drop off and pick


Qualifications

Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
UAE driving license is preferable.
