المسؤوليات:


تطوير الأعمال من أجل زيادة مخزون الممتلكات
متابعة المكالمات مع العملاء بشكل منتظم
تحقيق / تجاوز أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية
لديهم معرفة واسعة بسوق العقارات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
إجراء تقييمات / تقييمات السوق مع صاحب المنزل
بناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء المحتملين
تجهيز العقارات للإعلان
قم بمطابقة العملاء بممتلكات / مجتمعات معينة بناءً على احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم
التفاوض على العروض بين البائع والمشتري


المعايير الأساسية للمرشحين:


يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة إماراتية
خبرة مبيعات ثانوية لا تقل عن 18 شهرًا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
يجب أن تكون مستقلاً ماليًا للقيام بهذه الخطوة
يجب أن يكون ممتازًا في اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة
سجل حافل في المبيعات
مهارات عرض ومفاوضات ممتازة
يعد تدريب وشهادة مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري السابقة ميزة

Employment Type – Full-Time

We are very excited at D&B Properties to be on the lookout for top sales brokers specializing in secondary sales to join our team. We want the best talent on the market who are passionate, customer-focused with a strong work ethic and are experts in the area that they work in.
The role has a variety of responsibilities which includes:

• Business development in order to increase property stock
• Follow-up calls with clients regularly
• Achieve/ Exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Have extensive knowledge of the property market in UAE
• Conduct valuations/market appraisals with homeowner
• Build professional relationships with prospective clients
• Prepare properties for advertising
• Match clients to specific properties/communities based on their needs and requirements
• Negotiate offers between buyer and seller

Essential criteria for candidates:

• Must have UAE driving license
• A minimum of 18 month’s secondary sales experience in UAE
• Must be financially independent to make the move
• Must have excellent written and spoken English
• Proven track record in sales
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Previous RERA training and certificate is an advantage
