اعلنت شركة Confidential عن وظيفة مدير تطوير الفنادق Hotel Development Manager وذلك للعمل في دبي


الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في تطوير فندق أو مساكن مخدومة ، قبل الافتتاح ، وإدارتها.


الخبرات المطلوبة:



تخطيط المساحات الفندقية الميزانية وتقييم التصميم الداخلي.
تطوير مفاهيم المطاعم المناسبة وتخطيط قائمة الطعام.
تطوير الخطط المفاهيمية للمطبخ.
اختيار الأثاث والتجهيزات وأنواع المعدات.
الاستلام من المقاول وعلاج العيوب والعقبات.
شراء مواد مصنعة من مواد مملوءة بالبخار والمواد المملوكة للدولة.
خطة التوظيف والتعيينات.
تطوير استراتيجية المبيعات وتنفيذها.
نظرة عامة على تطوير خطة صيانة المنشأة.




Experience: Minimum of ten years’ experience in a hotel or Serviced Residences development, pre-opening, and management.


The candidate should have the following specific experiences:

• Budget hotel space planning and interior design evaluation.
• Develop appropriate restaurant concepts and menu planning.
• Developing kitchen conceptual plans.
• Selection of furniture, fit-out, and types of equipment.
• Taking over from contractor and resolution of defects and snags.
• Procurement of FF&E and SOE items.
• Manning plan and recruitments.
• Develop sales strategy and its implementation.
• Overview development of facility maintenance plan.
