أعلنت شركة Metropolitan Capital Real Estate في ابوظبي عن وظيفة مدير تسويق Marketing Manager شاغرة وذلك للعمل في أبوظبي Abu Dhabi




المسمى الوظيفي:

- الإشراف على الموقع الالكتروني لتحديث إعلاناتنا لتكون في المقدمة ؛

- البحث عن مصادر جديدة للإعلان (بالمجان أو "الدفع لكل عميل") ؛

- إنشاء محتوى مرئي ونصي.

- متابعة البريد الإلكتروني / الرسائل القصيرة.

- إضافة معلومات حول المناطق والمباني حول أبوظبي في CRM وموقع الشركة ؛

- الكتابة والنشر على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والموقع الإلكتروني

- دعم مكتب تكنولوجيا المعلومات (بما في ذلك إعداد أجهزة الكمبيوتر والطابعات).


المؤهلات والمهارات:

- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال أو مجال ذي صلة (يجب أن يكون مستخدمًا ماهرًا لجميع بوابات العقارات الإعلانية) ؛

- يجب أن يكون لديه معرفة ببرامج الكمبيوتر (حزمة Microsoft Office ، PowerPoint)

- خبرة في إعداد الشبكة والتكوين ؛

- تجربة تحرير الصور والفيديو على منصات متعددة مثل Adobe ؛

- مهارات اتصال ممتازة - كتابة ولفظية (يجيد اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية)


- على دراية بـ WordPress CMS

- الخبرة في استخدام أدوات التصميم الجرافيكي



نوع التوظيف: دوام كامل

الراتب الشهري: يبدأ من 10،000 درهم

الحد الأدنى من خبرة العمل: 2 سنوات

Job Description
- Portals supervising (checking other web-portals for updating and maintaining our ads to be on top);
- Searching for new sources for advertising (for free or “Pay-per-lead”);
- Creating of visual and text content;
- Email/sms blasting;
- Adding information about the areas and buildings around Abu Dhabi in CRM and corporate website;
- Copywriting and posting for social media and website
- IT office support (including computers & printers setup).


Qualifications And Skills:
- Experience of at least 2 years in the same or related field (must be a proficient user of all advertising Real Estate portals);
- Should have knowledge of computer software (Microsoft office package, PowerPoint)
- Familiar to Network setup and configuration;
- Picture & video editing experience on multi-platforms like Adobe;
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Verbal (fluent in Arabic & English)
- Must be a team player, result-oriented
- Familiar with WordPress CMS
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus


Employment Type: Full Time
Monthly Salary: starting from 10,000 AED
