لدعم العملاء والمتطلبات التشغيلية للأعمال في أنشطتها اليومية ، وضمان أفضل تجربة مستخدم نهائي ممكنة والتشغيل السلس وإعداد التقارير التشغيلية ، نحن نتطلع إلى بناء فريق ديناميكي للغاية ومستقبلي من دعم العملاء الرائع المديرين.


نحن نطلب خبرة في بيئة خدمة العملاء عبر الإنترنت ويفضل أن يكون ذلك ضمن بيئة الخدمات المالية بحد أدنى 18 شهرًا. مهارات الاتصال الكتابي واللفظي القوية في اللغة الإنجليزية ، وإتقان اللغات الأخرى ستكون ميزة. معرفة أنظمة CRM والبرامج المالية الأخرى. القدرة على العمل مع فريق سريع الخطى ورشيق وتعدد المهام والقيام بأعمال الورديات. تأشيرة العمل لدبي أو القدرة على الحصول عليها إلزامية.


يناسب الدور شخصًا طموحًا ، ويريد بناء مستقبل مهني في شركة Fintech الثورية ، و AI Analytics ، وشركة Big Data مع تطبيق في الأسواق المالية ووسائل الإعلام والترفيه.



To support the clients and operational requirements of the business in its day-to-day activities, ensuring the best possible end user experience and the smooth running and operational reporting, we are looking to build a highly dynamic and a futuristic team of fantastic Customer Support Executives.


We require an experience within an online customer service environment preferably within the Financial Services environment with a minimum of 18 months. Strong written and verbal communication skill in English, proficiency in other languages will be an advantage. Knowledge of CRM systems and other financial software. Ability to work with a fast paced, agile team, multi-tasking and to do shift work. Work VISA for Dubai or the ability to acquire one is mandatory.


The role would suit someone who is ambitious, wants to build a career in a Revolutionary Fintech, AI Analytics and a Big Data firm with an application in Financial Markets, Media and Entertainment.
