تعويض الأشعة فوق البنفسجية

تعويض الأشعة فوق البنفسجية الجافة

أحبار شاشة UV

طلاء للأشعة فوق البنفسجية

نحن نخطط لتوظيف مندوب مبيعات ميداني محترف وماهر للانضمام إلى فريق المبيعات في شركتنا على الفور من أجل طرح أحبار UV Flexo الخاصة بنا في السوق. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير استراتيجيات مبيعات قوية لجذب العملاء المحتملين والاحتفاظ بالعملاء الحاليين.

بصفتك مندوب مبيعات ناجحًا ، سوف تبحث عن فرص مبيعات جديدة وإغلاق الصفقات لتحقيق أهداف مبيعاتك. ستلعب دورًا حيويًا في زيادة الإيرادات من خلال الإدارة والتفاوض مع العملاء ، وتأهيل العملاء المحتملين ، وتوليد العملاء المحتملين وإدارة مبيعات المنتجات / الخدمات.

المسؤوليات:

الترويج لأحبار وطلاءات UV Flexo
توقع المبيعات وإنشاء منهجيات بيع "خارج الصندوق" وتقييم فعاليتها
جذب عملاء جدد من خلال وضع استراتيجيات وعمليات بيع جديدة
تقييم احتياجات العميل ومهاراته وبناء علاقة مثمرة طويلة الأمد
تلبية أهداف المبيعات الفردية وفريقك
تعاون مع مندوبي المبيعات الآخرين لمناقشة أفضل تقنيات المبيعات
ابحث عن حسابات معينة وتابعها أو أنشئ عبر عملاء متوقعين للمبيعات
احضر أحداث المبيعات والاجتماعات وجلسات التدريب لتبقى على اطلاع دائم بآخر التطورات
تقديم التغذية الراجعة للإدارة العليا بمساعدة الإحصائيات
توسيع قاعدة بيانات العميل والحفاظ عليها داخل إقليم معين
إنشاء تقارير مبيعات يومية وكذلك شهرية

المتطلبات:

بكالوريوس / بكالوريوس في المبيعات والتسويق أو في مجال ذي صلة
معرفة سوق الإمارات لأحبار UV Flexo
تجربة مبيعات مثبتة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة لسوق ومواد التعبئة والتغليف المرنة
مهارات خدمة العملاء الاستثنائية
سجل حافل بتحقيق حصة المبيعات المخصصة
خبرة عملية مع CRM والبرامج الأخرى
الدراية بمنهجيات البيع المختلفة وإدارة خطوط الأنابيب
يبرع في أدوات مايكروسوفت أوفيس
مهارات اتصال ممتازة
التفاوض المتميز ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين

Job Overview

Wadaan Industries LLC, produces UV Inks & Coatings for the printing & packaging industry. We manufacture the following inks:

UV Flexo

UV Offset

UV dry Offset

UV Screen Inks

UV coatings

We plan on hiring a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join the Sales Team of our company on an immediate basis for our UV Flexo inks to market. You will be responsible to develop robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

As a successful sales representative, you will be sourcing new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve your sales targets. You will be playing a vital role in increasing the revenues by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, generating leads and managing the sales of products/services.

Responsibilities

• Promoting UV Flexo inks & coatings
• Forecast sales, generate ‘out of the box’ sale methodologies and evaluate their effectiveness
• Attract new clients by devising new strategies and sales processes
• Evaluate client’s needs, skills and build a productive long lasting relationship
• Meet individual and your team’s sales targets
• Collaborate with other sales reps to discuss on best sales techniques
• Research particular accounts and follow or generate via sales leads
• Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to keep yourself abreast of the latest developments
• Pr***de feedback to senior management with the help of statistics
• Expand and maintain client database within the particular territory
• Generate daily as well as monthly sales reports

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field
• Market knowledge of UAE for UV Flexo inks
• Proven sales experience UAE for flexible packaging market and materials
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Track record of achieving alloted sales quota
• Hands-on experience with CRM and other software
• Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management
• Proficient in MS Office Tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented individual
