وتسعى الشركة لتوظيف 5 PQE Senior Associate مع سجل حافل "يواجه العميل" في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، ويفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في العمل عبر مجموعة متنوعة من مجالات الممارسة القانونية بما في ذلك الأعمال المصرفية والتقاضي والتوظيف وقانون الشركات والقانون التجاري.


المسؤليات:

سيكون المرشح الناجح بارعًا في اكتساب العميل والاتصال بدعم من المحامين ذوي الخبرة في الشركة وفريق التسويق. سيتفاعل المرشح الناجح مع العملاء الحاليين والمستهدفين ، بما في ذلك التحدث في الأحداث والمؤتمرات ، ودعم حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ، وإجراء اتصالات مع العملاء المحتملين ، وتنسيق وتطوير عروض العملاء بالإضافة إلى مقابلة وتطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الحاليين ، والاتصالات الحالية والإمكانات عملاء المستقبل.


يُتوقع من المرشح الناجح دعم الفريق القانوني الحالي للشركة وتقديم خدمة قانونية عالية الجودة للعملاء عبر مجالات الممارسة المشار إليها أعلاه.



الشروط:


يجب أن يتمتع المرشح الناجح بموقف استباقي واثق من نفسه أمرًا ضروريًا. يجب أن يمتلكوا الطاقة والحماس لدفع مبادرات تجارية جديدة ، والتأثير بشكل إيجابي على أعضاء الفريق الآخرين وتحليل النتائج وتقديمها مع الانتباه إلى التفاصيل. ستحتاج إلى أن تكون قادرًا على إنشاء عملاء محتملين جدد وإقامة علاقات مع العملاء عبر عدد من مجالات وصناعات الممارسة القانونية. يجب أن تتمتع بقدرات صياغة ممتازة ، وفهم سليم للقانون ومواكبة التحديثات والتغييرات القانونية المنتظمة في القوانين حسب الاقتضاء.


التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية أمر أساسي ، ويفضل العربية ثنائية اللغة



The firm is ****ing to recruit a 5+ PQE Senior Associate with a proven ‘client facing’ track record working in the UAE, preferably with experience in working across a variety of legal practice areas including banking, litigation, employment, corporate and commercial law.


About the role


The successful candidate will be adept at client acquisition and liaison supported by the firm’s experienced lawyers and marketing team. The successful candidate will engage with existing and target clients including speaking at events and conferences, supporting social media campaigns, making contact with prospective clients, coordinate and develop client pitches as well as meeting and developing long term relationships with current clients, existing contacts and potential future clients.


The successful candidate will be expected to support the firm’s existing legal team and to deliver a top quality legal service to clients across the practice areas referenced above.

About you


The successful candidate should have a get up and go proactive attitude and a confident personality is essential. They should possess the energy and enthusiasm to drive new business initiatives, positively influence other members of the team and analyse and deliver results whilst paying attention to detail. You will need to be able to generate new client leads and carry client relationships across a number of legal practice areas and industries. You should have excellent drafting capabilities, a sound understanding of the law and keep abreast with regular legal updates and changes in the laws as applicable.


English speaking is essential, bilingual Arabic is preferred
