المؤهلات:



15-20 سنة خبرة في مجال المشتريات الدولية.

درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة

السفر الدولي سيكون جزءًا من الملف الشخصي.

يجب أن يكون لديك معرفة جيدة بشروط المشتريات الدولية والمعايير

واللوائح.

قائد موجه نحو النتائج وقائم على المقاييس ولديه خبرة في الشراء والتعاون مع الموردين والتطوير والامتثال

خبرة في تحديد المصادر والمشتريات وبناء برنامج بائع

مهارات تفاوض واتصال قوية
GMS are currently recruiting for a Head of Procurement for an exciting business in Dubai.


Essential requirements:


Qualifications

15-20 Years of experience in international procurement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field
International travel will be part of the profile.
Must have sound knowledge of International Procurement terms, norms
and regulations.
Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development and compliance
Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
Strong negotiation and communication skills
