Live Dubai هي شركة بريطانية متخصصة في العقارات الاستثمارية التي تساعد العملاء على شراء واستئجار وإدارة عقاراتهم منذ عام 2003.


نحن نبحث حاليًا عن محاسب مبتدئ وطني فلبيني يجب أن يكون بشكل مثالي محترفًا وحسن الكلام وكفؤًا.


المسمى الوظيفي:

ضمان استلام مداخيل الإيجار في الوقت المناسب
مراقبة ومتابعة مستحقات إيجارات المستأجرين
إدارة الحسابات المصرفية بما في ذلك التسويات المصرفية وإدارة الشيكات المؤجلة (PDC) الشاملة
ضمان المدفوعات في الوقت المناسب لرسوم خدمة الممتلكات
التعامل مع أصحاب العقارات والمستأجرين مع الاستفسارات بطريقة احترافية لتقديم خدمة عملاء فعالة.


مؤهلات الوظيفة:

اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل
خريج بكالوريوس العلوم في المحاسبة أو المالية.
جيد مع الأرقام والأرقام
المعرفة الممتازة ببرنامج MS Office والإلمام بـ Propspace ميزة إضافية
قدرات تنظيمية ممتازة
من الناحية المثالية يحمل CPA من الفلبين.
ما لا يقل عن 2 - 3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية من الوطن - خبرة العمل في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ميزة إضافية
تجربة العقارات ميزة إضافية.
متاح على الفور.
الراتب قابل للتفاوض اعتمادا على الخبرة.

Live Dubai is a British owned company specializing in investment properties that helps clients buy, rent, and manage their properties for them since 2003.


We are currently ****ing a Filipino national Junior Accountant who ideally should be professional, well-spoken, and competent.


Job Description:

• Ensure timely receipt of rental incomes
• Monitor and follow up receivables of lease rentals of tenants
• Managing the bank accounts including bank reconciliation and extensive postdated cheques (PDC) management
• Ensure timely payments of properties’ service charges
• Dealing with landlords and tenants with queries in a professional manner to offer efficient customer service.

Job Qualifications:

• Great attention to detail
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance.
• Good with numbers and figures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Propspace is a plus
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Ideally holds CPA from the Philippines.
• At least 2 – 3 years of work experience from home country – UAE work experience is a plus.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Available immediately.
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
