المرشح المثالي سيكون لديه خبرة في إدارة كل من مرفق الإنتاج والفريق. يجب أن يكونوا قادرين على تحليل كل خطوة من خطوات عملية التصنيع والاستفادة الفعالة من الموارد لتحقيق النتائج المرجوة. سيكون لدى المرشح أيضًا القدرة على اتباع إرشادات السلامة والامتثال بجدية من أجل خلق بيئة عمل صحية لجميع الموظفين.



المسؤوليات:

الإشراف على عمليات المصنع مثل الميزانية وجدول الإنتاج والمخزون
الحفاظ على مكان عمل نظيف وآمن
تحليل تكاليف الإنتاج والمخزون لتحديد مجالات التحسين
ضمان الالتزام بالقواعد وسياسات مكان العمل
فحص العمليات وخطط التصميم لاستخدام الموارد المتاحة بشكل فعال
صيانة المصنع وصيانته


المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
6 سنوات خبرة في المجال
خبرة في إدارة المصنع وعمليات التصنيع مهارات اتصال وإدارة وإشراف قوية

This is an exciting position for a state of art PET recycling facility producing food grade RPET chips.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock
• Maintain clean and safe workplace
• Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
• Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies
• Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
• Plant maintenance and upkeep

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in field
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
