تعلن شركة MINISO GCC عن توفر وظيفة مدير تطوير الأعمال Business Development Manager للعمل في دبي


المرشح المثالي سيقود المبادرات لتوليد شركاء الأعمال والتفاعل معهم لبناء أعمال جديدة للشركة. سيكون هذا المرشح مركزًا ولديه مهارات اتصال قوية. يجب أن يكونوا قادرين على التفكير بشكل نقدي عند وضع الخطط ولديهم قدرة مثبتة على تنفيذ استراتيجية معينة.

المسؤوليات:
• تحديد فرص الشراكة
• الحفاظ على الأعمال القائمة
• تطوير علاقات جديدة في محاولة لتنمية الأعمال التجارية ومساعدة الشركة على التوسع
• التخطيط والإشراف على مبادرات التسويق الجديدة.
• إيجاد أسواق جديدة وتطويرها وتحسين المبيعات.
• حضور المؤتمرات والاجتماعات والفعاليات الصناعية.
• فكر بشكل نقدي عند التخطيط لضمان نجاح المشروع

المؤهلات:
• درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها
• 3 - 4 سنوات خبرة سابقة في تطوير الأعمال المتعلقة بالصناعة في صناعة البيع بالتجزئة
• اتصال قوي (متحدث باللغتين الصينية والإنجليزية) ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين ومهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
• ثبت المعرفة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التنمية الناجحة
• مركزة وموجهة نحو الهدف
• القدرة على إدارة المشاريع المعقدة ومتعددة المهام



The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience in Retail Industry
• Strong communication(Chinese and English Speaker), interpersonal skills and Excellent Organizational Skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
