تعمل شارترهاوس مع شركة هندسية وإنشاءات عالمية رائدة تتطلع إلى تعيين مستشار قانوني يتمتع بخبرة تتراوح من 5 إلى 10 سنوات ليلعب دورًا رئيسيًا فيما يتعلق بالعمل القانوني للأعمال التجارية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والشرق الأوسط الكبير. سيكون الدور هو العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة العليا والفريق القانوني وأصحاب المصلحة في الشركة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والشرق الأوسط الأوسع.


سيكون الدور كمحامٍ فيما يتعلق بمشاريع البناء الخاصة بالشركة والنزاعات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والشرق الأوسط. سيكون الدور نقطة اتصال رئيسية للدعم القانوني ، ويغطي المسائل التجارية والتعاقدية والشركات والنزاعات المتعلقة بأنشطة شركة الهندسة والبناء.


يتطلع العميل إلى إحضار مستشار قانوني ثنائي اللغة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية يتمتع بخبرة تتراوح من 5 إلى 10 سنوات ، ويقع في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ويتمتع بخبرة سوق البناء. المرشح الناجح سيكون لديه خبرة في أعمال الهندسة والبناء ويصبح من خلفية داخلية أو شركة محاماة رائدة.

Charterhouse is working with a leading global engineering and construction company that is looking to a hire a Legal Counsel with 5 – 10 years’ experience to play a key role in relation to legal work for the business’s in the UAE and broader Middle East. The role would be to work closely with the senior management, legal team and stakeholders in the company in the UAE and wider Middle East.


The role will be as Lawyer in relation to the company’s construction projects and disputes in the UAE and Middle East. The role will be a main point of contact for legal support, covering commercial, contractual, corporate, disputes matters relating to an engineering and construction company activities.


The client is looking to bring on board a bilingual Arabic and English legal counsel with 5 - 10 years’ experience, located in the UAE with construction sector market experience. The successful candidate will have experience in engineering and construction work and becoming from either a leading in-house or law firm background.
