تبحث Realpoint Real Estate عن وسطاء عقارات ذوي خبرة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومتخصصين في معاملات السوق الثانوية وعقود البيع على الخارطة.

المتطلبات:

· من ذوي الخبرة في سوق العقارات في دبي
· رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول وسيارة خاصة
· يفضل أن يكون وسيطًا معتمدًا من مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري
· اتصال قوي كتابي وشفهي
· القدرة على فهم وتبني التكنولوجيا والابتكار

المسؤوليات:
· يجب أن يكون لديك وعي قوي بالسوق
· تسويق قوائم العقارات الحصرية للمشترين المؤهلين
· مهارات التفاوض والاتصال القوية ، الشفوية والكتابية
· تعتبر الكفاءة في اللغة العربية و / أو اللغات الأخرى ميزة إضافية
· توقع علاقات عملاء جديدة ، والتواصل مع متخصصين آخرين في هذا المجال



Real Estate Agent/ Off-plan & Secondary market Specialist

Realpoint Real Estate is looking for experienced real estate brokers in the UAE specializing in off-plan & secondary market transactions.

Requirements:

· Experienced in Dubai Real Estate market
· Valid UAE driving license & own car
· Preferably RERA Certified broker
· Strong communication both written and verbal
· Capacity to understand and embrace technology and innovation

Responsibilities:
· Must have Strong Market Awareness
· Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
· Strong negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written
· Proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages is an additional advantage
· Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals
