المسمى الوظيفي:

تبحث شركة إنتاج وتسويق إعلامي مرموقة عن مدير مبيعات لقيادة توليد الإيرادات في إنتاج الفيديو / خدمات التسويق الرقمي


يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة وخبرة مثبتتان في تحقيق المبيعات ، والوصول إلى السوق واستقطاب العملاء المحتملين وتحقيق الإيرادات. يجب أن يكون لديك مهارات قيادية لإدارة وتحمل مسؤولية توليد المبيعات.


مسؤوليات العمل:

· دعوة العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين لإقناعهم بخدمات التسويق الرقمي / إنتاج الفيديو للشركة

· قيادة الاجتماعات مع العملاء ، وتقديم العروض وما إلى ذلك مع صانعي القرار

· إدارة حسابات العملاء من خلال ضمان بقاء العملاء الحاليين راضين عن منتجات الشركة وخدماتها.

· تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات متينة مع العملاء لتشجيع تكرار الأعمال.

· تطوير معرفة متعمقة بمنتجات العملاء وخدماتهم لتقديم التوصيات المناسبة بناءً على احتياجات العملاء وتفضيلاتهم.

· تلبية أو تجاوز الأهداف الشهرية باستمرار فيما يتعلق بحجم المكالمات والمبيعات.


متطلبات الوظيفة:

يفضل درجة البكالوريوس أو المنتسبين في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

· مهارات قوية في التفاوض والمبيعات الاستشارية.

· مهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات ممتازة.

· مهارات الاتصال الفعال.

· رخصة قيادة


الراتب: يصل إلى 10،000 درهم إماراتي * هيكل حوافز ممتاز يعتمد على الأداء






















Job Description
A reputed media production and marketing company is looking for SALES MANAGER to lead revenue generation in our VIDEO PRODUCTION / Digital Marketing services


You should have proven experience and expertise in generating sales, reaching out to the market and canvass potential clients and generate revenue. You should have leadership skills to manage and take charge of generating sales.


Job Responsibilities:
· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them for Digital Marketing / Video production services of the company
· Lead meetings with clients, make presentations etc with decision makers
· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
· Continually meeting or exceeding monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.


Requirements for the job:
· Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
· Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication skills.
· Driving license


Salary: Upto AED 10,000* + Excellent Performance based incentive structure
